Staffing Contract Options

TriosysIT offers three convenient contract options to meet your IT staffing needs.

Contract

    o TriosysIT's qualified talent can be utilized on a temporary basis for a fixed or unlimited amount of time. TriosysIT carefully screens employees to ensure they are able to perform their task and commit to the expected duration of an assignment.

Contract to Hire

     o This option allows for more flexibility as it allows you to conduct an evaluation of a contractor’s performance and their ability to contribute to your company. After the end of the set period, use this evaluation to decide if the contractor is beneficial to your company and should stay as an employee, or if they should be dismissed.

Permanent

    o TriosysIT's permanent staffing enables companies to bring employees on board from day one. Companies pay a fee only after they feel the employee is the best for their organization.
